I can't recommend Jonny highly enough. I have been attending weekly personal training and circuit training sessions with him for the past four years. I have managed to maintain consistency because of how much I enjoy the sessions. Jonny changes the sessions each week so there is plenty of variety.

I have been training with Jonny for nearly 5 years once a week. Initially the idea was to prevent me from picking up back and neck problems, mainly I think as a result of stress. My neck and back problems have now mostly gone by adding muscle where it was missing. I now have lots more strength, flexibility and fitness. In the last year my teenage son also trains with Jonny and myself at the same session which has been really great but must be a nightmare for Jonny as he has two completely different bodies at two different stages of their life to train at the same time! Jonny varies the training each week to such an extent that I almost never do the same session twice. This is a testament to the fact that Jonny thinks about what would be suitable for your body on its ageing journey. Talking of which, my Squash, advancing years and other sports interests mean that I quite often have injuries of some sort and Jonny is always able to navigate around them creating exercises that navigate around the problem areas.One of the best decisions my wife ever made for me! :-)Stuart age 49

I’ve been training with Jonny for a couple of years now and my overall fitness, strength and stamina have really improved. I really enjoy the variety & challenge he puts into the sessions & how he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He has a huge range of equipment so no two sessions are ever the same and he manages to be supportive, friendly and funny all at the same time.
