As a professional Physical Fitness Trainer now for 12years, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique, each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Avoid the crowds and distractions in conventional gyms and enjoy my services in your own home, local park or Jonnys gym.

I Make Fitness Fun

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE -CYQ Level 3 Fitness Instructor-CYQ Level 2 Emergency 1st Aid at Work. 
Core conditioning, power, strength, aerobic, functional, balance, flexibility, posture, circuits, hiit, outdoor fitness. Equipment I use is a mix of the air ski, Bulgarian bag’s, kettle bells, sandbags, dumbbells, suspension(TRX), rip trainer(TRX), medicine balls, slam balls, resistance bands, skipping ropes, battle ropes, endless rope, balance board’s, boxing with pads & bag.

jd fitness programmes support and encourage men and women to reach specific fitness goals: WEIGHT LOSS, WEIGHT GAIN, MUSCLE BUILDING, SPORTS SPECIFIC, EVENT SPECIFIC, FITNESS & TONE through drawing upon his personal experiences and training history. An exercise programme tailored to you will ensure that you gain maximum benefit from your fitness sessions. Jonny will ensure that you are doing the right exercises to achieve your goals and provide you with the encouragement and motivation to succeed. Jonny concentrates his sessions around FUNCTIONAL training, this can be defined as performing exercises that will improve your ability or efficiency to perform your daily tasks, occupation, sport or help your recovery from injury.

Rates & Packages

Consultation

FREE

One To One PT

Pay as you go Hourly rate = £45.00

Block Packages

12 sessions (one person) = £480 (£40per session)

Two People Or More PT

Hourly rate = £25.00 each

Bodyburn & Pilates Classes

£8 each person per class

PT Programmes covering 12weeks. £540

This is your 12week exercise programme. Listing exercises, sets & reps. Working on a weekly rota. Recommend 3 sessions a week with a rest day in between. For you to use at a gym of your choice or at home. £540 per program = £15 a session. Im available for help/questions during the week.
